What we store

• Your account details: email address and sign-in identifiers.
• The calendars you connect: their name, colour, category settings and the access tokens needed to read them, kept encrypted.
• Events you create in the app and events imported from uploaded screenshots.
• Reminder settings you choose for individual events.

Events from connected calendars

Events from Google, Outlook and ICS links are fetched when you open the app and shown to you directly. They are not kept in a permanent copy on our side.

Screenshot uploads

Images you upload are sent to an AI provider only to read the schedule out of them. The extracted events are saved to your account; the image itself is not stored afterwards.

Why we use it

Only to run the service for you: showing your unified calendar, detecting conflicts, sending the reminders you set, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your data is private to your account. It is processed by the infrastructure providers that host the app, its database and the AI feature, and by the calendar providers you connect.

Your choices

You can disconnect any calendar, delete events you added, turn reminders off, and request deletion of your account and its data. Disconnecting a calendar revokes our stored access to it.

Who controls your data

Saulius Volk (Lithuania) is the controller of the personal data described here. We keep your data for as long as your account exists and delete or anonymise it afterwards. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or complain to your local data protection authority.

Payments

If you buy UNICAL Pro, the purchase is handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the billing details and payment data needed for the sale, tax compliance and invoicing — we never see or store your card details. We only store the order reference, amount, status and the email used at checkout so you and we can see your purchase history.
