Terms of Service

1. The service

UNICAL reads events from calendars you choose to connect — Google Calendar, Outlook, ICS links and files you upload — and shows them together in one view. You may also create your own events inside the app.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to hold an account under the law where you live.

3. Connected calendars

By connecting a calendar you allow us to read its events so they can be displayed to you. Access to external calendars is read-only unless stated otherwise. You can disconnect any calendar at any time from the Connections page, which stops further reading.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to access calendars you are not entitled to, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to reverse engineer or overload it.

5. Availability and accuracy

The service is provided as is. Events shown depend on third-party calendar providers, so we cannot guarantee they are complete, current or error-free. Reminders are best-effort and depend on your browser and device. Do not rely on the app alone for time-critical commitments.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed events, lost data or indirect losses arising from your use of the service.

7. Ending use

You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Who you are buying from

UNICAL is provided by Saulius Volk, based in Lithuania. By continuing to use the app you agree to these terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and invoicing are covered by Paddle's buyer terms.

9. Pro and refunds

UNICAL Pro is a single one-time payment that unlocks the paid features for the lifetime of the product. There is no subscription and nothing renews. You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order — see our Refund Policy. After a refund, Pro features are switched off and the account returns to the free plan.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
